- Deborah (Deb) Palmer has been the Project Manager supporting the Central California region for Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) for the past three years focusing her efforts on small business, volunteerism, and the customer experience, and has been with Wells Fargo Bank since April 2001. Although a Central Valley native, prior to joining WFB, Deb moved to the Mid-West with her family, where she eventually became the Minnehaha County Treasurer in Sioux Falls, SD. Deb earned her BA in Social Work from Fresno Pacific College (’88) and her MA in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Fresno Pacific University (’04). Deb is dedicated to serving her community through volunteerism as well as serving on several non-profit boards, including Fresno Pacific University.
