Dr. Ronna Phifer-Ritchie is a senior faculty member at the Center for Relationship/Silicon Valley, Principal of EnneaGrowth, and the Co-Director of Enneagram Institute of the San Francisco Bay Area.

As a professional relationship coach, trainer, and expert in personality science, she facilitates transformative learning experiences for professional groups, ministry teams, student circles, business partners, couples and other working communities. Teaching teams to use personality assessment and awareness to relax tension patterns, optimize strengths, deal with blind spots and move into valuable action forms the core of her work.

She has been a workshop facilitator, professional speaker, psychology professor, relationship counselor, and personality author during the past two decades of her career. She brings that rich professional history to her relationship coaching and team enhancement work.
